Gotta try this out...you can't tell you use whole wheat flour or honey....
HODA'S HEALTHY BANANA CAKE
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 beaten eggs
2 1/2 cups of mashed bananas
1 cup of honey
1/2 cup of coconut oil (or you can use 1/2 a cup of butter)
- Combine eggs, banana, honey and oil. In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients.
- Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
