Jujey's Hummus

I have always made hummus, but never knew the exact measurements, so last week, i decided to look online for hummus recipes to see how other ppl make it. I found the perfect recipe, with the perfect measurments.
JUJEY'S HUMMUS
1 cup canned chick peas, drained
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons tahini2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- Place the chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl. Add water for desired consistancy
- Drizzle olive oil over misture. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

YUM, thanks for putting some measurements up for hummus. I usually make it "to taste" but then sometimes its too salty, or too lemony, etc. This is great...my hummus will always taste the same going forward...as will yours!
Ya exactly Rana, I just used to always do it by taste....and never came out the same...now with this recipe....it is perfect everytime...alhamdulilal.
